Welcome to The Globalisation of Love website and blog. Indeed, it is early days for this site. The book will be published and available to buy by mid-November 2011. The blog will begin in earnest in tandem with the book. So what’s to come? The Globalisation of Love blog and book are about the millions of romances resulting from the process of globalisation. There is a world of romance happening out there, and it is all captured in The Globalisation of Love. There are currently 195 countries in the world. According to the laws of mathematics, that allows for 18,915 potential combinations of national mixing and matching and moving here and there to marry and share their multicultural lives together.

There are patterns for sure. There are issues that arise in seemingly every multicultural relationship, regardless of the land of origin and whatever crazy combination of culture, language, religion and ethnicity the couple have brought together. And there are differences because every couple is unique and has their own set of issues and circumstances within their culture, language, religion and ethnicity. The blog will provide a platform to reflect and expand on the many issues covered in the book and the many more issues that are not in the book.
