Afro-Viking on Interracial Relationships


In this article, Heidi W. Durrow, author of the New York Times bestseller The Girl Who Fell From the Sky writes about interracial relationships and being an Afro-Viking. I thought it was interesting because I have always used the term ‘biracial’ to depict a GloLo coloured relationship. Ms. Durrow points out that children in GloLo families, particularly those where there is a lot of cultural mixing and matching, do not fit neatly into one descriptive category, not even biracial.
